Mulled Wine


     Bullet Point3 cups Water
     Bullet Point 1 cup Sugar
     Bullet Point 12 Cloves
     Bullet Point 2 Cinnamon sticks
     Bullet Point 1 Lemon peel
     Bullet Point 750 ml Red wine
     Bullet Point 1/4 cup Brandy


Directions

Simmer 3 cups water with, sugar, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and lemon peel in a stainless steel pot for 10 minutes. Add wine heat to a "coffee temperature" (DO NOT BOIL) then add the brandy.
